well to add more detail...he broke up with her to go out with me i dont know what to do......because me and him were sometimes flirting and messaging on myspace...i am so confused....

Depends on how long they were going out, how bad the break up was, and if she's already moved on to a new guy or crush. If you are best friends though you'll be able to get a idea about whether she is ready to move on so you can move in.
Either way, don't make any kind of move unless you clear it with her first. Always remember chicks before *****.

1 month, ask your friend what she thinks first though.
I guess the real question is did he break up with her, or did she break up with him. If she dumped him go 4 it, if not hold back for about a month.

that is imorale. To me, it doesnt speak well about your loyalty to your bestfriend. I have never approve of this kinds of relationship.
