I would like something that has a mix of people my age. Somewhere that is a nice all inclusive resort, near a good beach.
What kind of prices would it be and which resorts are the best?
What kinds of activities and nightlife is there? I don't want to sit around all day.

There is a guy in my group who has been extremely nasty, didn't get his work in on time, and didn't show up on time for work sessions. He now wants a copy of the final powerpoint with everyone's work included on it. I gave hima copy of his work only. He has threatened to sue me for the rest of it. Does he have a leg to stand on?

I'm looking for new Car Stereo and I'm interested in HD-Radio and I've looked online. I've seen some with HD-Radio with Built-In Tuner and some with just HD-Radio.

So, if I want to hear HD-Radio I also have to buy a Tuner along with my new HD-Radio?

Which is freakin expensive by the way, 150 Deck + 150 Tuner.

These are the dates I have for having sex, concieving, etc..

June 9-14 Period
Dates we had sex: June 13, 15, 19, 20, 21, 22.
Ovulation Date: June 22
8 dpo- Yellow CM with some blood in it when wiped
11 dpo- pinkish looking CM when wiped
13 dpo- pinkish looking CM when wiped
14 dpo- lots of clear CM and mixed in with it alittle brownish redish color, boobs killing me, nausus, lower back pains and high and soft cervix
15 dpo- lots of clear CM with a tinge of redish mixed in it, only when wiped.

Im on 15 dpo today. Ive taken pregnancy tests, which all have come out negative.
Do you think with the dates Ive given, the spotting ive had, could I still be pregnant and just now know it?

and fight them there? If we do, won't they just go back to Iraq or Syria, or Lebanon or a host of other countries. Are we going to bankrupt ourselves running around the globe fighting an enemy we can't identify until after they attack? There are many examples in the bible of God doing things far more dramatically than necessary. Take for instance, the whole idea of there being a war in heaven or even the war to come as described in revelation. Seems like a war against an all powerful source would be over in an eye blink by God's will. It's not like God is going to use patriot missiles and laser guided weapons. Why the need for such theater when the idea of conventional warfare seems so beneath a deity?

The situation is this:
3 people sharing ownership, no other employees
the product we're selling is a web application that will be a online subscription service
we've decided to form a LLC

Based on tax laws (rates, flat fees, etc), where is the more beneficial place to form a LLC between New York and Connecticut? We don't expect any income for the first 5 months of the company's formation.
