I bought a ps2 off ebay n when it got to my house i found out that it dont work the laser in the ps2 is dead, the guy that sold it to me made it seem like he aint kno about the problem n now that im asking for my money back he doesnt not want to answer me. how can i fight this guy so that i can send this crappy ps2 back n get my money??? i already requested info but can i get this guy in trouble becuz he's selling the same ps2 he sold to me to other ppl. and i kno he must have known becuz the seal that was on the ps2 was broken so that means some one new about the problem n tried to fix it. i need advice i dont wanna be ripped off i kno ebay has to have some kind of policy so that i could get my money back.. plz help me =(

I like making movies with my friends, but when I shoot with my miniDV camcorder the audio doesn't sound too great in post-production. I need to be able to record voices so that they sound better. I would buy a boom microphone or something, but my miniDV camcorder doesn't have an input slot for an external microphone. Is there any other way to record good quality audio without having a microphone attached to the camera I'm recording with (on a small budget)?

I know he hit his 71st and 72nd to get the single season record. I also know he hit his 500th career home run against the Dodgers. I saw this thing on sports center and there were quite a few milestones he reached against my team. I have tickets to 7/15 in San Francisco he might hit 755 and 756 that game. My internet (which is wireless DSL) is extremely unreliable. Sometimes I'll click on a link, and it will just not ever open. Firefox will display the loading bar, but it will remain empty. I regularly have to click on a link a few times before it actually starts to load, if it ever does. Sometimes it works flawlessly, especially if I'm using Google tool bar to search. Also, when a page is loading, it will just stop, and leave the page partially loaded.

I use windows xp, with firefox and wireless DSL.

I have got friends and family who are of varying Christian denominations. According to many on Yahoo R&S, I am going to hell because I have no religious affiliations. Some users have asked me if I want to go to heaven with my Christian family and friends. So will I miss all of Christian friends and family or will I only miss some of them? I'm from Iowa, southeast Iowa right across the river from illinois. I think Iowa is a great place, but I can't stand living in the stupid town I live in. maybe someplace bigger. I am in the process of moving to a small town to go to school in Illinois. My sister and her husband just bought a house on land contract about 3 wks ago. Last week, he told her he wanted a divorce and she didn't have to get out right now, but he wanted her to leave. He said he still loves her, but he thinks she doesn't love him and he thinks she thinks he is worhtless. She still loves him and never has felt that way and tried to get him to understand that. He won't believe her, said the damage has already been done and that he is through. He has a woman he is talking to that he says is just a shoulder to cry on. My sister has decided that if he doesn't want her, then she is just going to give up and let the other lady have him. He won't do marriage counseling. She thinks all hope is gone and won't fight. They have been married for almost 5 yrs., and been through alot of stress the last 2 years because her daughter was diagnosed with chronic end stage renal (kidney) failure and had a transplant a few months ago. Also, the adult children won't leave the nest.

Well, I am a bisexual, but MY mother, doesn't think that one can be a 'bi'. But for me, I am attracted to people not gender. And she is always on my case.."...if you like women, I wlll be very hurt, and you wont be welcome in my house..and you cant bring any women home!" How horrible is that? The thing that bothers me most is my two Aunts, her sister are lesbians! One just got married to a woman! and my mom is all nice and loving towards them! Yet, she always brings me down and makes me ashamed for who I am. Does anyone have any suggesting on how I deal with this. I mean I have talked to her about it, she just gets angry.
