I turned 17 in February. I have this short light colored hair on my chin and stuff but I can't get any black ( I have black hair ) hair. Should I be able to get a beard by now or is it something that happens later?

How do guns roll down hill into the hands of teenagers. Who is profitting most from these gun purchases? Are corporations behind this? and if so, which ones. Illinois, Chicago in particular has seen too many losses due to guns - please someone come up with a real solution!

I ordered a patio screen door from Home Depot & can't figure out how to adjust it on the track. The old one had a screw on each side at the bottom & the new does not have this & no instructions. There seems to be screws in side the frame part. One at the bottom & one at the top on each side. How do you adjust these so the screen door will slide properly.

It says there are 2 ways to install it on the outside of the box but only gives instructions on the inside to install it with the down rod. I want it so it is close to the ceiling b/c our ceilings aren't very high.

I asked the question "Is a 1958 VW bus a good starter car for a teenager????" I got alot of answers telling me a VW bus was not such a good idea. (thank you by the way)
My daughter has wanted a VW bus since she was 10 years old and 6 years later, she has not changed her mind. She has her heart set on one and does not want anything else. how do I deal with rude neighbors that make noise and you have to tell them over and over to be queit? Also the apartment that I live in is old and I hear them mock me through the walls for no reason, very imature I think. They are of spanish decent and speak english but talk about me in spanish because they hit the floor and walls and laugh also I cant understand what they are saying sometime when they speak in spanglish which is a mixture of spanish and english. I told the owner but they work for him. Can I file some kind of report on them?
