I ordered a patio screen door from Home Depot & can't figure out how to adjust it on the track. The old one had a screw on each side at the bottom & the new does not have this & no instructions. There seems to be screws in side the frame part. One at the bottom & one at the top on each side. How do you adjust these so the screen door will slide properly.

Call the home depot and they will explain how to adjust or give you the web address to pull them up

I had the same problem with my cat so what I did is in the summer time is replace the traditional screening with chicken wire instead. This heavy-duty solution is not for everyone, but we have been completely satisfied with the results. At first I was worried about the look, not wanting it to feel too “cooped-up”, but in the end I don’t mind at all. Yes, the screen looses any bug-prevention practicality, but it does let the cool air in while keeping the cute cats from getting out!
