how do I deal with rude neighbors that make noise and you have to tell them over and over to be queit? Also the apartment that I live in is old and I hear them mock me through the walls for no reason, very imature I think. They are of spanish decent and speak english but talk about me in spanish because they hit the floor and walls and laugh also I cant understand what they are saying sometime when they speak in spanglish which is a mixture of spanish and english. I told the owner but they work for him. Can I file some kind of report on them?

You need to move. I know that sounds unfair; but you are the one with the problem.
This is why some segregation should be allowed in America. Cultures thrive and remain consistent when grouped in the same culture. That doesn't always mean race. Many Eastern European cultures do well with Latin American cultures, but some Western European cultures do not mix well with even their own neighboring countries...Just look at Britain and Spain! Or even the same culture, but different ages. Old people don't like to be around noisy kids, and kids are by nature noisy.
You need to live in a place where people have the same culture and age as yourself.

i know how you feel and i despise those type of people. i'm hispanic and go through the same thing. blacks and hispanics blasting their stereos. i've told them, call the cops, everything. they don't stop. why can i enjoy my home? why i don't disturb them when they are sleeping? i posted a sign where everybody could see, telling them they are selfish people, who think they own the building, and if they are lazy and don't have a job, and anything else to do but blasting their stereos, they should move to the projects. these people have no respect for others. they don't care if there is elderly people resting or sick, children doing their homework, or just plain people like me that like to come from the job and watch t.v. i'm thinking about calling the noise control center and file a complaint. they just ignorant retards who knows no better, and i hope when they get old, they lose their hearing sense for being a pest to society.

yeah i would listenig to the girl whom didn answer your question why ,dont you just call the police and have them come over so that they can cre of the problem then you can see if you can find osmeone else like youre firends or family if it alright for you to stay thier place til you look for other place then you can move out the apartment . after you can have more better place to live at and even quieter then staying at that old place you had been living at with crazy ppl next door. if youre next door is making so laoud noises maybe theyre fighting in there and making too much noises .

Make a written complaint to your landlord. If that doesn't work, call the police. You are entitled to "quiet enjoyment" of your home and your neighbors are a "nuisance". They can be evicted if they don't comply with the landlords request, the complaints from the neighbor(s) continue, and if the police are constantly called.

Since no one is being much help to you, it might be best if you move. What's the point of arguing to people who don't want to listen to what you have to say? Trust me, just move. I know you shouldn't HAVE to but if that's what it'll take to achieve a decent living environment, then so be it. Good luck.

I would consult a lawyer about the possibility of the termination of my lease, or maybe he could persuade the landlord to agree to move you to another unit, away from the bothersome neighbors.

sure call the cops on them they will let u file a nosie complaint on them everytime they do that i would call the cops until they stop eventually the cops will get tired of coming out there and make them stop.

Well if they are noisy during daylight hours you are out of luck.
If they are noisy during quiet time (in my apartment it was 9pm-8am), then you can complain to the office or to the cops.

If they are disturbing the peace after 10 pm, you can call the police.
