Tweezing hair does make it finer with only a possibility of discontinuation of growth.

Shaving hair doesn't make it grow back thicker! After you shave body hair, it may feel coarse or "stubbly" for a time as it grows out. As for the thicker part, most people start shaving young and we get more hair as we age, it's not the shaving though.

if u pluck, yes it will eventually reduce but shaving has opposite effect...the hair grows thicker and more

if you pluck enough, they will eventually stop growing. that's what hair does! don't shave it ever cuz they will grow back darker.
