So, I was thinking. When God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, he let Lot and his wife leave the city, because they were the only good people or whatever. He told them not to look back or they would have the same fate as the civilians of the cities.
Well, Lot's wife looked back, and saw the Angels destroying the town and she turned to salt.
There is the tower of salt, that looks like a lady, by the dead sea...
Archeaologists basically say there were no Sodom and Gomorrah(and the other 2 or 3 cities that were destroyed) because they can't find any evidence of them.
Well, if the people turned into salt, wouldn't the water that is now covering the city, turn into salt water....and since the angels burnt the city, wouldn't the buildings turn into ash, and then rot?
I just think this gives a reasonable explaination to why they can't find the cities....do you think it is reasonable, or alittle far fetched??
