Do a yahoo or google search there are tons of vegan cookies on the market.

You can convert any cookie recipe to vegan just get some egg replacer or use apple sauce, use a vegan margarine or EXTRA LIGHT (not EVOO) Olive Oil for the fat, and use soy, rice, or almond milk instead of regular milk.

You can even go to the health food store and find vegan choco chips.

Vegan cookies would be cookies that are made with soy milk instead of regular milk, and in which no eggs where used.

Additionally, no other animal products can be used. For example, you couldn't cook them with butter.

Cookies without eggs, dairy, honey or any other animal ingredients. Check the ingredient list on the package. You can find them @ natural food stores and some supermarkets. You can make them yourself, too.

I think Oreos are vegan and so are Nutter Butters...the tiny ones in the little cup.

they are cookies without milk, egg, honey, butter, and anything else that comes from animal that you would normally use in regular baking. it is, however, wholly doable. i personally like to replace eggs with applesauce, cornstarch with water, or bananas. for butter and/or margarine, most people like to use earth balance. milk is substituted with water or soymilk.

they are always very fun to make. http://vegweb.com/index.php?board=238.0 has some recipes that i use sometimes.
