I'm 13 and weigh 130 lbs and am 5.0' tall Im not saying that Im fat but i hate being chubby. I wanna look good for 8th grade this year! I wanna lose like 10-15 lbs. Whats a good easy way to loose that much in 1 summer? I dont wanna run on my tredmill because its too boring. Im already doing 60 sit ups a night and 10 push ups (easy for me) but i need to loose it faster! what should i do, im already eating healthier too!
p.s. I HATE TO RUN!!! But i can jog.
p.p.s (random) i ordered something online and it said it would get here by normal USPS shipping, how long does that take?
