Where & how do i get ahold of a birth cert f i was born in larochelle,frane at an air force base? Live in US.?

Live in US, need birth certificate, got one a few years ago, lost it and dont know how to get it again.

Get your birth certificate in the Civil Registry Office of Larochelle, France because your birth could have been registered thereat. If not, communicate with the Personnel Officer of the US Air Force to know where your birth was registered.

You get in touch, by mail, with the Bureau of Records(or statistics) in the city you were born And then, make a copy!
