find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

60 sit-ups isnt very hard and why are you only doing 10 push ups if it's easy for you? Do leg lifts and sit ups for abs(do as many as you can, rest, then do them again and do that about 3 times). Do as many push ups as you can(going all the way down) rest, do them again, rest, do them again.
You may hate to run but it's a great way to lose calories. I hate running on a treadmill too, run outside and you won't get as bored. Run a little slower than a sprint until you get pretty tired, walk for a minute or 2, and then run again till you give out, repeat.
And if you really really don't wanna run then play basketball or soccer. Hopefully you've played one of them before....I go over to my friends house and play from about 11:00-7:00, so just be active.
And finally try to cut back on sugary food and stuff, cuz thats just putting the fat back in that you burned off.

the best way to lose wight quickly is not to run but too switch it up. I do workout on a treadmill but all you have to do for about an hour a day ( you can run more if you have time) is move your heart rate up and down. walking, your heart rate should be somewhere around 120. once you reach that start jogging (or running) until your heart rate reaches about 160, then begin jogging again. repeat. i lost 20 lbs in 2 months.

Bottom line is just get outside and do things, lots of things.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
