any suggestions, on where i might find a Program that could help me with this,

Last week I was dialated at 1... cervix was soft, they could feel her head, and my water was buldging and my midwife swept my membrains. Today I went in and it was the same thing, I didnt progress anymore than last week, but they stripped me again. Now I am having really bad menstrual cramps, and sometimes I have tightning.... but it is NOT regular....I just hurt a lot down there... do you think it is from the stripping, or am I in labor?
