Take an angel food cake and slice off a 1 inch layer off the top. Pinch out the inside of the cake, making holes, but leaving "walls". Fill with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Put the cake layer on the top and frost with Cool Whip. Garnish with fruit.

Easy, light and delicious!

For dessert, why not have a sundae bar. Put out different ice creams, toppings and all the fixings. Chocolate, strawberry and Carmel syrups. Sprinkles. nuts and cut up fruits. Of course you have to have whipped cream. Pick up the sundae glasses at the Dollar Tree in your area. For food, set up a taco bar with all the fixings. For the beverage make a big batch of Margaritas( site below with recipe ) Chopping and mixing the night before, put everything out the next day, your done. Everyone serves their self.

A nice summer dessert is fresh fruit-strawberries, kiwi, peaches, whatever you like best. Chill and serve with creme fresh-a mix of sour cream and a touch of maple syrup to taste. YUM!

The best and simplest desert I have ever made is the one that everyone loves the most. One tub of cool whip, one box of blueberries, and one box of strawberries. Cut up strawberries and mix everything together. Put a spoonful on a sponge cake and enjoy!!
