They think it's sexy and want the wrong type off attention. It all boils down to low self esteem.

that is SOOOO not sexy! a big girl with high self esteem and care about her appearance would not step out with a low cut tank top and low riding jeans exposing all that fat. it's just not a beautiful scene at all. i think some girls like that always try to draw attention to make themselves feel confident and sexy, while at the same time it shows off an embarassing look.

because they would feel weird wearing regular jeans with a tool belt around it to help drag it low enough to show butt crack

It some cases it is nasty... In other cases it is very nice! I just hope girls never go back to the "mom jeans" look! You know with the 10 inch zipper....

because its getting harder & harder to find mid-rise pants? or maybe because they are kind of skanky? or maybe they are just following the fashion that men/boys did for so many years... either way everyone should just pull up their pants. I know I sure dont want to see underwear... or buttcracks.
