For all you mechanical engineers out there that may know - is security clearance from the DOD required in order to design defense systems and/or military style weapons as well (specifically small arms)? Or, are you able to design these systems, manufacture, test them, and try to sell them to various branches of the service?

An example company would be Milkor USA - they designed, built, marketed their product, then sold 9000 m32 grenade launchers to the USMC, but do not appear to be officially contracted with the DOD. I could be wrong though..

I went there when I was very little, what I found enjoyable about it was the variety of rides and attractions. I used to love the submarine ride, I used to call myself captain nemo, from 20,000 leagues under the sea. Even though I havent been there in a long time I plan on going there again, just being there again I could have the fun I did as a kid. You know what they say, you feel like a kid again when you go there. I definetly enjoyed my time there and the experience was wonderful. What was your experience like when you went there?
