You are getting pleasure out of the idea that you are achieving and contributing. You are only fooling yourself it you don't see it.

Pleasure and the expectation of pleasure are all 'happiness' is. You can flower it up with as much idealism and moral language as you want.
The Spanish inquisitors told everyone that what they were doing was for the 'good of humanity'. Does that language change the essence of what they were doing?

I guess it all depends on what time it is as to what happiness would be at that particular moment. Different days would present different ways to achieve or perceive happiness. Though, I think if I win the lottery everyday, I would be happy just the same.

My happiness is to give as much as I can in every aspect and have self satisfaction. Be self-motivated to accomplish what I set out for. Make a positive difference in this world even if they are tiny little good vibrations or if it is a gigantic impact on all of human kind.

My happiness is knowing Who I Am, and fulfilling that idea... experiencing that idea. My happiness is knowing that I am creating the ideal person I am setting out to be, and that my efforts result in true love and happiness.

I am truly happy creating myself in my ideal, and not expecting results and trusting God (in His and Her glory).

True Happiness happens whenever we are not judging anything.

Any time that you are not judging you are happy.

The moment that you start judging, you find something to be unhappy about.

It really is that simple.

My happiness is to be at peace with myself and the world.
I can manage the being at peace with myself part quite well, but the world is very irritating and much harder for me to be at peace with.
