I find it overwelmingly shocking that US AIRWAYS proposed to purchase ninety-two(92) aircraft from the FRENCH(featuring the AIRBUS). The total price tag for this purchase is 8 billion dollars.

Where was BOEING(an AMERICAN aircraft giant) when this transaction took place??? Were they serving escargot at this event????

Is this another example of what we call corporate greed........ 'The fleecing of America' ????

Or is it a simple political gesture to keep our allies on our side ??

Anyone know why Chinese Restaurant restrooms always so dirty. They are never as clean as a big shopping mall's, airport, big chain restasurants and a big casino's. Even when they try to clen it, it look it was never. It never come close to hospital clean level. Also why public restrooms in any chinatown park area are so the same?

Umm...well, I'm asian, and I hang out with a whole group of asians and we just sit around the house and stuff. But anyways, I met my friend's cousins and I think one of them likes me. He's always flirting with me, or mocking me, or just trying to hang out with me. Sometimes his family (aka my friends) will say you LIIKKE Lauren and he slaps his bro T_T ...and one time I was sleeping over with my friends (aka his cousins, lol) and we were playing truth or dare, and he was dared to say how he felt (*about me) but started a little fight instead, after he was like struck-frozen, staring at everyone. Also, when we all go somewhere like say to the mall or somewhere, he tries to walk with me and joke around a lot. Or sometimes when I'm at their house, he pulls me away just to sit with him and talk andhang in his room. He also compliments with almost every little thing I do. Like, "Look at that little smile" or "Damn, you're so smart" or when he's tired he'll say I'm pretty and have nice eyes smile and skin and personality and stuff... Also, a week or two ago he saw me on webcam, and I forgot I was singing, so at my city's asian festival I spotted him and he started making fun of me (dancing around like he was gay and singing...in a girly voice) and I ran up to him, and then, my mother called, so I couldnt get him, then I guess he was the humiliated one, since his face flushed. What I dont get is that sometimes he is playful and sometimes he is soo deep. I must admit he makes me laugh and I can also have deep conversations with him. He also said that if any man or guy or person hurt me to come to him, because he wouldnot tolerate it and he doesnt want me to be hurt...Now, that I'm thinking, the more I type, the more I think I might like him too. We've also hugged a few times in private, but I wasnt really sure what it was to him at the time. I sleep over at their house in like a week, so...I guess I'll have to see what goes on the next chapter, but tell me what you think about him thus far. Does he like me? Should we go out?

**he also does cute little jesters toward me, like pinching my cheek slightly, grabbing my shoulders and dancing me around like I'm a puppet, and sometimes head nods...

>> plus a few weeks ago, we were about to play chicken fight with everyone, and he and his bro had a fight about who was going to carry me on top..his bro was trying to make him mad..so we didnt play chicken fight..hehe.. and sometimes he will ask me to hop on his back...(more like tell me to) not to mention, he also has my phone number thanks to my cousin... and he also calls me his cute little girl.. and sometimes we only do things the two of us together...

I have reason to believe these are the safest options:

a) Remove the hard-drive, add it to another functional unit and transfer all the data to external portable hard-drive. Once data is secured, then do a complete re-install of operating system on problem computer.

b) Create Windows startup disk, use disk at startup effectively bypassing the "broken" startup files. Once into computer, manually move important data to external portable hard-drive.

Does this second option risk any further problems or loss of data??? I can't risk the loss of any data.

What is my safest option? I am under no time-contraints to do either option. Either action would be performed by knowledgable computer techie.

So I was with this guy for a lil over 3 yrs. At the begining everything was great but going into the two yr mark, he lost it! He got into really heavy drugs, and mistreated me. He didnt even look like himself anymore, after he finally got clean I decided it would be best for me to leave him so I could regain myself, since I had lost so much helping him out. Now I feel that he's back to the person he was when we first got together and he wants me back, all my family and friends dislike him and would be really upset with me if I got back together with him. I really dont know what to do! I cant picture my life without him in it, I love him more than words can describe and he knows me better than anybody. People always tell me I deserve better than him, and to a certain extent I know that, but I still want to be with him. At the same time I dont want to dissappoint my friends and family that have been so supportive of me.

I think this was one of Shrodinger's thought experiments or supposed paradoxes. It might have been referred to as "Shrodinger's Oven".

I think my Fractal Foam Model of Universes has a solution, but I am ignorant of what the supposed problem is.

In case you're wondering, the solution is that there is an energy equivalent of space, so the expansion of space acts as an infinite heat sink.
