This is what I see in the picture:-

1. An old man and old lady looking at each other;
2. A man with a guitar and a lady sitting both wearing Mexican hats;
3. The lady with the Mexican hat is holding something that looks like a bee hive on her forehead;
4. The old man's ear has a young lady with long hair standing near an entrance;
5. The old man's hair looks like a wall;
6. The old man's hair near the neck looks like some grass roots;
7. The old lady's ear-ring looks like a bottle;
8. In between the old couple has an ancient shaped cup for people to drink from;
9. The old lady's hair looks like a white dress;
10. Over the old lady's head has hair that looks like those red-Indians.

An old man and an old woman are getting ready to get intimate. However, they don't realize that someone (probably some drunken' frat guys) have Super-Glued tiny little Spanish people on the sides of their faces. Also, they seem to be standing in front of a tunnel, and there appears to be a train coming out of the tunnel and heading directly for them. Yes... It is very clear to me now! Someone needs to alert these elderly lovers and their tiny Spanish hitchhikers that they are in terrible danger!!!
