I have a small frame and my weight is low, but do not suffer from any eating disorders. I've decided that I would like to start to get in shape and start building body muscle but I'm afraid that if I start a workout program I will begin to loose weight, which I can't afford to do. Are there any workouts that are designed to build muscle instead of loosing weight?

i have sat with my legs crossed probably starting when i was around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, eventually after a long priod of crossing my top leg gets numb. i have heard that crossing your legs can cause vein problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont have any at all, but is this true that it is bad? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?

Thinking of upgrading my processor from AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+ to a AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+

Will I have to change anything in the BIOS, or will the driver automatically update over the Internet, or is there some software included with the processor or something?

My OS is Windows Vista h.p

I have filed a burglary claim a week ago. My adjuster had his known construction company to come fix my doors. Total cost is $2000 (checks issued). Plus, my personal valuable loss claim is $3000 (unresolved). Will my insurance company drop me off from the policy? Can they do that? Or will my premium payment go up a lot higher? Can I do anything to prevent this?
