i have sat with my legs crossed probably starting when i was around seven now i am fourty. i cross them every time i sit down, eventually after a long priod of crossing my top leg gets numb. i have heard that crossing your legs can cause vein problems, back problems, and hip problems, i dont have any at all, but is this true that it is bad? do you cross your legs also? and are you aware it might be bad?

As you have been doing it for all these years and no problems you have answered your question. The top of your leg gets numb sometimes because you a re cutting off a little bit of the blood flow. No prolonged problems should come of it. It is not bad to cross them. :)

no I don't think it is bad for you unless doing it for prolonged periods of time. Try to swap legs every now and then to stop leg from going numb and it shouldn`t harm you.
