I am 26 going on 27 and I have no prospects for marriage? If I am unmarried by 30 do my chances go down? How do I cope and be happy? My boyfriend just walked out on me and I cry everyday. Advice please?

My sons 20 and 15 both have emotional/behavioral (largely due to their father whom I kicked out 7 months ago) problems and were a handful to raise.
I spoiled them without realizing it. Now I want to lay down the 'law'.
My 20 year old has his friends over every night (which I enjoy because they have harmless fun, include my friendless 15 year old and i enjoy hearing the laughter in the house).
The problem is they make such a mess.
What steps can I take to get them to clean up after themselves without shouting or yelling ?(which i made the mistake of doing once) I already have them pitching in food and supplies for the house. it's like they just don't get it.
Any advice?

If you could either have great skill in your choosen art and be unranked and unknown. Or you cold have rank and title that would be respected? You could not have both. If you picked skill you would not be respected or be ranked by belt, you'd be considered, and treated, less than a white belt, forever. Or you could be ranked as a high level black belt and treated as such, but with no true skills. Which ?
Don't start with all the if you had rank you'd have skill. The question is simple and to the point, if you want to evade just get your two points and move on, just write "thanks for the points" and keep move'n. Be honest, please.
Any who read my posts know what I think but if not I'll tell you right now I pick skill without a doubt. In fact the question is kinda how I feel I live in the martial arts world.
Me choosing a winner isn't about agreeing with me, so don't feel that is what I want here, cause it isn't.

They go on and on about how Gore and Kerry won the popular vote. Why don't they realize that this makes NO difference and if it did, there wouldn't be equal representation? Liberal coastal CA would run the country every time. Hardly fair to the mid-westerners, southerners or any other part of the nation that isn't composed of liberal elitists.

I have NEVER heard an argument as fruitless and silly as this one and the democrats EAT it up...and yes, this comes from someone in a Northeast liberal hotbed.

What is he trying to do? Bringing his wife to every single playoff and finals game? Mehmet(Memo) Okur's wife is a former Turkish model, you don't see Okur bringing his wife to his games.
