Hi,if damp is on the inside walls you will need to get damp proofed & have plaster where it is damp removed & re-done.

If in the yard, add some soil. Standing water breeds mosquitoes. If inside the house, check for leaking pipes (water and drains) In a bathroom, install an exhaust fan.
