If you want to I think it a good idea. Explain to them that you would like to get some work experience. And the only way would be for you to have a job. Tell them at least while schools out you'll like to work.

You should definitely find a job somewhere. In the real world, your parents won't be able to make your decisions for you and you're going to have to start working eventually.

yes yes yes...you will need something to put on your resume when you graduate. you have to start somewhere, and part-time ANYWHERE is better than nothing. It's never too early to get a part-time job.

personally, my belief is that people shouldnt work until schooling is over. you have your whole ******* life to work. but if you feel like you need a job, or want some extra cash, then yeah.
