You win games by yourself. Seriously I am really annoyed about Tony Parker. Than last night he won the 2007 Finals MVP award, come on now he is nothing without his wife. "ooo my wife is a hot actress ooo". True legends win by themselfes, not when their wife is is cheering for them.

ok, if he can play without her, why didn't he win 2005 Finals MVP or 2003? Amean she could come to home games, but she comes to every single game even away! And why do they show her so much, stop showing her!

By the way Lil Dre, I bring my girlfriend to my games too. My girlfriend is a field hockey player, but during my games they don't show her they show me! Cause I'm the star in the game. I use to be a benchwarmer and now I'm a starter. Even though my girlfriend doesn't like wrestling, she comes to my wrestling meets also.

that's stupid. Every player invites his wife to the game. Why would his wife not support him? (they aren't actually married yet anyway) . The only reason you see Eva Longoria a lot is because the broadcasters insist on cutting to her anytime he makes a wide open layup. He could play whether or not she's there, she's just there during most of the playoffs supporting him. He did well during the season too when she wasn't usually around.

Tony Parker is not a true legend because he can't win without his soon to be wife? Here's a thought: Every player's wife is at every playoff game, genius. I'm sure mehmet okur's wife has never been to a game. Get a grip. Ever happen to think that ABC is the same network that plays "Desperate Housewives"? Coincidence that they show her 10 times a game? I think not.

Reggie Miller used to " dedicate " baskets to his wife by pointing to her in the stands after a threepointer. Iverson's friends and family had front row seats. Juanita Jordan was spotted at several games with their sons. Clyde Drexler's wife and sons had regular seats to see The Great One play. Last night the camera also panned to Duncan's wife and daughter. Thry are always at his games.
Eva gets more attention because she is a star and also because she loves attention. That Parker would want her there for support is no more un unusual than all of the other NBA/NFL/MLB players who make certain their loved ones can be at the game too.
Parker would have been just as methodical and focused last night without Eva perched in the stands.

Do you seriously think that all the other players don't have their wives at the games. They just don't get the attention of the media. Most NBA wives are famous because they are married to a NBA guy. Eva was famous before she even met Tony. These guys wives should be at the games cheering them on.

Ok yeah first of all they're engaged not married. And so what if she goes, shoot if my fiancee was Tony Parker I would go to all his games too. Could it also be that maybe just maybe she like basketball too and wants to share in his happiness. Also could it be that she wants to support him. You really need to get over it. Eva is very pretty and it's good to know that she's like regular people. Grow up and get a life!

I agree. Eva Longoria is an attention w*ore. Not nearly as bad as Jason Kidd's ex-wife, who had no talent whatsoever and wasn't even good-looking, but still pretty bad. And the Spurs are so god-awfully boring. They're driving the NBA's popularity into the ground.

Tony Parker is not married. That is his fiance, Eva Longoria, that is there with him. She is probably there because she wants to support the man she loves and is there because she wants to be. I really don't care, the Spurs won the championship!! Woo Hoo!!
