ok i just turned 20 like a mnth ago. i have let myself go for some reason, i dont get ready for work i just throw anything on and i dont even do my makeup!!!!!! Okay, I have a futon, if anyone else does, they know it's a pain in the a-- to get it to turn from couch-mode back to bed-mode and back again, so I wanted to design a simple machine to attach to the bottom of my futon to push and pull, or twist, on the futon, to turn it into the bed then couch, then back again, as needed, understand what I mean?

Okay, I have TWO questions on this, answer either of them and It'd be much appreciated, thank you...

1- Could someone help me as to understand HOW I would go about making a mechanical contraption to do the above? Note that I have very little knowledge in electronics, more of a software man myself...

2- Could someone direct me to a piece of software that could help me to do this? And I don't mean electronic how-to's, I mean a program which I could model and build this project in then understand how to build the project myself.

i have an apple macbook and recently it will turn itself off after a couple of minutes of me switching it on, it is not because the battery is low and i have also tried it with it plugged into the mains, i dont know whether it has anything to do with it but i can sumtimes hear the fan thing inside it wen it happens, i will keep switching itself off for a while but then i will be back to normal
help anyone??

This question is for my wife. She stopped breast feeding 11 days ago and still is in pain (as least one side is engorged) She is wondering when it will end? When does the body stop producing milk, and return to normal? This is our second daughter and my wife breast fed her for 1 3/4 years, so she knew stopping would not be an overnight "return to normal" but does anybody know?
