He wants me to have yahoo or godaddy.com bill the office. I don't think thats possible. Don't most people give you their credit card info. I can do it but I don't want to have renew each time for them.

Heh, I work for a company like that. Most likely they either don't have a credit card for the company or they are a luddite and don't want to give out the card number in fear of fraud (usually they don't understand the security level used). I go through a host (bluehost .com) that renews on the card automatically and is very easy to cancel if a customer isn't happy with the hosting company. Personally, I wouldn't take a client that isn't willing to compromise.

You don't have to renew automatically. And this is a flag for each domain that you register, so if you have 5 domains registered, you can have 0-5 of the domains automatically renewing on your credit card.

I think they can send a bill to the office, but if they do, the office will have to make sure to send out payment very quickly, because I would think that they would only hold the domain name for 30 days at the most.
