The Mets are a very good team. They can hurt you with the long ball as well as small ball. They have speed, power, and experience. Though they are currently in a slump and the Yankees seem to be on a roll this should be a very good series. Sure Clemens beat the Pirates in his first appearence of the season but he also got rocked in his second pitching assignment against a AA team. Both of which are nothing compared to the offense that the Met will send to the plate. Then they see the rookie that beat them in the first series but they've seen him and now know what he throws. So there are two games that the Mets can very well win.

Clemens isn't as good as he used to be and he faced the Pirates last week and wasn't to impressive. This is the Mets were talking about. A Team that will kill you if you make 1 mistake. The Mets will win at least 2 out of 3, uncluding the Clemens game.

Yeah, the Mets are tough. Sure the Yankees are showing signs of life again, but Clemens is old and losing his game. He hasn't looked as strong as he once did. The Mets will capitalize on any mistake made. It'll be a close series, but I think the Mets will win it.

It's a 3-game series in the middle of a 162-game season. To make any predictions about it is nothing more than guesswork. Too much randomness involved.

What subway? Is there a subway to Boston? The Yankees don't have the pitching to compete with the Mets. They MAY win one, but I doubt it.

The Mets are as good as anyone, they have good pitching and could beat any team in a short series.

Not unless they can shake their losing streak before that. The Yankees are "RED HOT" right now.
The Mets might get one game from it.
