Snack- 1cp. high fiber cereal w/ 1/2cp. skim milk, 2tsp all natural peanut butter
Lunch- Lean roast beef sandwich, 1sl fat free cheese, 1 apple, water
Snack- Non fat yogurt, 1 kashi granola bar
Dinner- Kielbasa smoked sausage w navy beans, mushrooms, onion, tomato puree whole-wheat pita pocket
Snack- Oatmeal, Honeydew cantaloupe
