I have an 11 year old tattoo that I would really like to have removed. Laser removal is out of my price range. I have read about Tatgone ink that is a special kind of ink applied (tattooed) over your old tattoo. It is supposed to make your tattoo fade dramatically or remove it entirely. My question is if anyone knows any possible side effects such as scarring, or if it will remove any natural pigment also(I have a lot of freckles). Any info would help. Thank you

It supposidely helps a little bit, but not a whole lot, and the dispersion of the ink is often uneven. I read of someone who had the treatment 11 times and still had a pretty noticable amount of ink.

So, basically, which would you rather have: A fully intact tattoo you don't like, or a mangled blob you don't like?

First, you would have to find an artist willing to use it. I would not. I don't put anything into my client's skin without knowing exactly what it is. Most are not covered for removals by their insurance, either.

You would require several sessions. It would depend on the studio's minimum charge to weigh the cost factors against laser.

I've simplest heard dangerous matters approximately it. Do you desire to eliminate all of them in combination, or might quilt americado? If you do pass with the tatgone ink, allow me know the way it really works. I desire to take away the significant one I have on my correct ankle!

I heard about a product called "Wrecking Balm". Maybe that will help. They have a page on their site about warnings, one of which is to use the product on 1%of your body, about the size of your palm. I hope that helps.
