This is my 3rd pregnancy - I have been plagued by kidney stones and now menstrual cramps with low back pain. I hate to think I'm going to feel like this for the next month but know I probably will. I have seen bits of my plug in the past 2 days so I'm holding out hope that maybe this one will come early. I don't remember the menstrual cramping with the other two - just braxton hicks. Does dilation cause the menstrual cramping?

Pregnancy is like running a marathon...the last mile is the toughest, but the reward is so worth it. I know it's tough, but keep on keeping on. It will be over sooner than you think. Best of luck to you....and Congratulations!!!

This it totally normal. Try and give into it as much as you can. Accept all the help you can get. I was totally exhausted in my 1st trimester (I'm well over 36 weeks now) I work full time and when the weekend came, I got up in the morning, had breakfast and had to go back to bed for another 2 hours straight after just to be able to make it through the rest of the day. You'll be fine from week 12. My 4th and 5th month were amazing. I had more energy than I ever had in my whole life! Good luck.

Courage dear!
You need to be brave now.
Remember you already gone by so much... it's almost done. :o)
I'm a mother of 4 (3 pregnancys, last one I got twins - 2005), I know what you are talking about.
Try to rest the most you can and put all those kids and hubby working in the house cooking and cleaning.
You need time to relax and enjoy yourself and the best is: laugh a lot.
Did not had menstrual cramping just baxton hicks sometimes.
Don't forget to visit your doctor and tell him all about it.
Wish you all the best!
Sending my prayers and positive thoughts your way!
Hugs
Margarida

If you have blood in the mucus you need to call your doctor ASAP. Your baby, if born now, has a 90% chance of survival, but it will still be a preemie and most likely on a ventilator or c-pap for a few days and on a feeding tube. I had a preemie (29 weeks) and it was extremely hard to watch them shove tubes everywhere.

Hang in there! I am 7 months pregnant and already feel too big for words. You're almost to the finish line and soon you'll see your beautiful baby. You won't remember any of this discomfort as soon as you hold him/her!

no..the menstral cramp is due to the "real" contractions.
