i dont know how much this is in calories and how much you need a day but if its too much you can take peanut butter out - 2tbsp is a lot of calories.

It sounds balanced enough, but if your at the plateau weight, try not so much counting calories as total fat gram intake on a daily basis. Limit your daily intake to 40 gms. of fat and reduce your sodium intake to 1500mgs per day. You can consult a diet plan that is often recommended for those with high blood pressure and cholesterol levels known as the "DASH" diet.
It can be a bit boring trying to make interesting meals limiting your meat intake to lower fat content meats such as turkey, chicken, pork and fish, but if you learn to experiment with fresh herbs and spices, you can bring a new take on each meal even though it's just the same ol' protein. You can eat a leaner cut of beef (sirloin) but the portion size is no more than the size of your fist. Supplement with extra veggies and fruits and bump up the cardio exercise (aggressive walks will do) and additional water. You'd be surprised that when you start reading food labels, 40 gms. of fat per day can add up fast! Keep up the fiber and you should be on your way to a healthier weight, B.P. and cholesterol for life! Good luck!

Sounds good but be mindful of the potion sizes. You also could improve your diet by adding green vegetables, say like a vegetable salad for lunch with 1st free cheese and water. By the way, potion size also depend on several factors such as your body size, your daily activities etc. If you have a huge body frame, you may need a bigger potion than someone with a small frame and if your daily occupation involves vigorous activity requiring much energy, you may need to add a few more calories in your diet. There's also the diet pyramid that gives a dietician's guideline to healthy eating. You may wish to browse the website below.
