I have lost 28lbs so far, and have gone down from a size 16 (US 12) to a size 12 (US 8). I feel and look much better, and I have been following a healthy eating plan and exercising most days.

I still have quite flabby upper arms, although I have lost over 2 inches from them. I am doing arm exercises, and can feel muscles becoming more defined underneath the flab, but I am having trouble shifting the fat from them. I have been doing this since January now, and although my arms look better, they still look quite fat to me.

How can I tone my arms without developing big muscles? I don't want big muscly arms, just slim toned ones.

Im finding it very hard to stick to 1200 calories a day..
Im 15, female,5'4, 125lb/56kg and quite active (Three days I a week I go to gym both morning and neight and incorporate both weight training and cardio) and go to the gym every night as well except for sunday. I also walk home from school daily which is a 45 minute fast walk.
I am also quite toned and I think I have a fairly large muscle percentage and not that much fat but still theres some anyway im finding it hard to stick to a 12000 calorie diet, even 1500 calories and i want a leaner body...
i think ive been eatingf more than 1200 calories and i havent lost anything just become more toned etc
What do i do?
should i invest in diet pills or those metabolism aids?

Please take the time to read all this:

She saw that she is cutting carrots, spinach, different vegetables and stuff like that in the kitchen ( which she never does), when my crush appeared, and she cut off his head horizontally into half. During that time and befrore cutting, my crush was like: Iheeeheeeiiiiiheheeeeee like a kid. It's actually a funny dream, if you would see it.

OK, she has NO clue that I have a crush on this guy, he is not that good looking, and not at all the type of guy my friend would have a crush on, she thinks he is a baby and is irritating, so there are totally no chances of my friend liking him, so that will not be the reason for the dream.

What might this dream mean? I know it has a meaning, its weired, I can't put it in words here.

My friend is a separated person and his divorce petition in the Court is yet to be decided. He works in a public sector firm in India. As per the rules of the nomination of Gratuity and Provident Fund, the nominee should be his spouse or child or a legally adopted child. He has no children. Wife has deserted him and his sister is looking after him. He wants to nominate his sister . Is this possible? In case he executes a will, is that binding on the public sector company?
