how about a recipe for chocolate sufla`e
preheat the oven to 210degrees celcius seperate the yolks from the whites dispose the yolks whip your eggs in a bowl with an electric egg beater until they turn into a rich creamy froth then add 1/3 of a cup of sugar and stir into the white cream, then bring a sauce pan of water to the boil place an empty metal bowl over the saucepan ensuring it does not touch the water break 250g of chocolate and place in the bowl leave in their for ten minutes the chocolate will slowly melt stir once in a while until chocoolate has completely melted take off saucepan then add the egg white cream, mix into the chocolate well then lightly grease with olive oil on the sides of three ramekin dishes with a pastry brush in the inside then lightly sprinkle sugar on the sides of the ramekin dishes then add the chocolate mixture to the dishes and place in oven for 6 min then take out and leave to cool.

French Toast!
Crack your eggs in a bowl, whip them up with a little bit of milk and some cinnamon and dip pieces of bread in the mixture and fry on a hot pan with butter until brown on both sides. Top with butter and maple syrup. YUM!!
