I'm curious as to what U2 fans think. If you're a current U2 fan, what do you think of the older (pre achtung baby) stuff? If you're an original, old school U2 fan, what do you think of the newer (achtung baby and later) stuff? I find it hard to reconcile the fact that the band that did "in the name of love", "Sunday Bloody Sunday" and "All I want is you" can also do songs like "vertigo" and "lemon".

When I met my friend's husband, he was interested in dating me and I wasn't, he was a nice guy so I thought I introduce him to my friend because they have a lot in common. I introduced him to my friend but I didn't tell her he asked me out cos she is very insecure, they got together and decided to get married. Stupidly, he told her he asked me out, we went on 1 date and nothing happened so I didn't get the point of it. Now my friend is really insecure, and she is uncomfortable when I talk to him, she still wants me to be her friend but she doesn't want me to have anything to do with her husband. I have started avoiding her I don't know if I should retain the friendship or just move on. It is really hard dealing with her and feeling all that tension.

AND if u had to make up your own saying, what would it be? this is my favorite one "life isnt fair, get used to it" or "you laugh at me because i am different, but i laugh at you because u r the same" this is my made up one that i came up with, "never miss an opportunity to say 'i love u'" by, me. =D i came up with that because i have been reading about school shootings, and all of these bad things in our world, and it got me to thinking, what if i dont come home from school today, or what happens if my parents dont getr home from work, you know? just saying.

I've been having some issues. I live next to a golf course and I like to watch Bruce Willis movies with my 7.1 surround system at full blast. However, ever time I do. Some knee-sock wearing golfer comes and complains about it being too loud and that he can't seem concentrate on his swing with how loud it is. Also these kids that live up the street keep writing dirty words on my door and putting spongebob stickers on it. I've had enough of these kids. Problem 3 is that their is this 400 pound guy who uses a credit card to break into my house everyday and sits on my couch and breaks it. I've boughten 7 couches this month but he keeps breaking them. I called the police and they couldn't fingerprint the area because he has so much grease on his hands from KFC chicken he doesnt leave any fingerprints behind. I decided to rig up an electric door mat that is soaking wet and attached to a solar panel on my roof. That way these idiots come to my hosue they get zapped. Was this a good idea?

I bought a laptop with Vista Buisness, and I researched buisness seeing it doesn't come with Media Center, Windows Movie Maker, or Windows DVD Maker. Is that bad? I'll be using this laptop for college in the fall. I don't know the differences between business or home, please help!!!
