I've searched everywhere in route 213 using the pokeradar and walking around forever. Help me!

In Diamond & Pearl however, after you get the National Pokédex, if you go to your Other Rival's house in Sandgem Town and talk to their sister, they will tell you that there is an increase of Pokémon in a certain Route or areaIf you go to the route or area that the girl states, within one or two wild Pokémon battles you will find the Pokémon at the same level as the other Pokémon.
The Pokémon and Route change every day and all of the Pokémon that you find and their evolutions are not obtainable by any other means in Diamond & Pearl so be sure to capture them while you have the chance.

Actually you do not need to use the pokeradar to find the Absol. To see if Absol are there go to sandgem town and go into the house down from the pokemon center. Talk to the little girl and she will say the name of the pokemon and what route/lake that pokemon is at. For example she will say something like "What did that tv news program say again? Oh yeah ABSOL... there are ABSOL on route 213. " you can find a list of the pokemon you find this way at http://serebii.net/diamondpearl/swarms.shtml

Lucas'/Dawn's sister has to say that Absol swarm in on the loose on route 213. The swarm changes everyday and make sure to go on that day.
Yesterday was Absol swarm in my game.
