What i mean is, i am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), and my best friend is a Catholic. While I do not know much about his religion, I have heard a lot of resentment towards the Catholic religion, just like I hear a lot towards my beliefs. Is it because both are the only relgions (that I can think of at the moment) that claim to be the one true church?

I just don't know why the Catholics get this judgement before anyone actually finds out about their religion. And no one tell me it is the Catholic priests. I don't like it when people base an entire religion when just a few people mess up. Everyone makes mistakes.

**Another note** one of the things that made me think of this is Mitt Romney running for President. A lot of people said he could run being a Mormon, because Kennedy ran and he was a Catholic. I just don't know.

My STB Ex-Husband left me a little over a month ago for his "mistress" of one week. Since, he has chosen to go to NC with her three weekends instead of see his daughter. He has chosen on several occasions other than these weekends to see her instead of his daughter. He has been planning to move to NC to be with this girl for a few weeks now (keep in mind, they have only known each other for 6 weeks!!!). Well, I find out this morning, that he moved in the middle of the day yesterday without telling me, or WORSE, not saying goodbye to his daughter! Now he wont answer my calls or return my text messages. Why is he doing this to our little girl?!?! Why does he CONTINUOUSLY pick this mistress over his own flesh and blood?!?! He has spent $2,500+ on his mistress, but a meer $210 on his daughter over the past month! Does he just not love his daughter anymore? This girl has a daughter our daughter's age, and part of me feels like he's letting THAT little girl take the place of our own daughter

I'm a college student who is trying to make a professional level website for my student organization. I usually use Dreamweaver, but that has recently been removed from my computer. I'm on a tight budget, and want to use a program that doesn't require too much HTML software. Is there anything like this that exists? (I don't want to make a 6th grade level Geocities pagemaker site either) Thank you!

And who is blue in the face?
What i want to know from the bleeding hearts is WHY do you think spankings are abuse? How did you get this in your heads? I can't believe you think they are one in the same. Abuse is: beating your child black and blue, not feeding them, leaving them unattended, and so much more i couldn't name them all. A spanking is a pop on the bottom. How the hell is that abuse? Can't you see how taking paddles out of schools has changed kids these days? What is wrong with you? A spank gets their attention and is over very quickly and effectivly. Taking a toy away, please, my kids are smarter than that. I would have to take every single toy away in the house for that to be effective. They just play with something else. You can't tell me spankings make them scared of you, or makes them abuse other children. That is such crap!
So tell me, what makes spankings abuse in your eyes?

I'm raising a litter of orphaned kittens. A retired vet told me to give the kittens Kaopectate for their runny stool. Research on the internet said the new formula with Bismuth Subsalicylate is highly toxic for adult cats. Why would it be alright for kittens?

5) How many times have you said.....I should just "sue" so and so? if even not a physician or hospital.
6) Do you know how many hours a physician really works?
7) Have you ever seen a doctor in the wee morning hours in an emergency room?
8) Have you seen the newspaper ads by lawyers now saying if you took all these kinds of different drugs to call them and you can sue someone now?

my guy and i have been in a relationship for 3 years now. we both are faithful and very committed towards each other and have discussed marriage in great detail.

recently we decided to break the news of us being committed to our respective parents. my parents gave in after some convincing but his parents are not ready to say yes because i have spinal scoliosis.

because we do not stay in the same city, my guy and i keep in touch through phone and internet. of late i sensed that he has changed somewhat owing to his parents who have been emotionally blackmailing him. they are threatening to disown him if he gets married to me.

in the beginning he tried to give it a fight and we also discussed court marriag but now he is scared of losing his money and business. his mom is also not keeping too well so he is all the more worried.

i dont know if i should be angry with him or be supportive.am suffering fom mood swings and am scared.i am scared to lose him!!help!

Ok I'm putting in some new sinks and faucets. I have copper water lines in my house, but I guess right there at the wall leading to the sink is galvanized. They seem to be pretty corroded. Last week I shut off the water at the meter to replace some shut off valves. I come back in the house and turn on a sink (one that I was not working on) to make sure the water was back on. It was fine. Pressure was good out of that faucet for 10 seconds, then..bam, it was reduced to a trickle and still is. Then last night I finally hooked up the faucets, etc to the new shut offs. Got it all hooked up, turned it all on (of course the water was all greenish brown for a second), decent water pressure then...bam, nothing. I mean it just drips coming out of there. What's up with this? did some of that corroded junk come free and get lodged somewhere? I geuss these just need replaced. Are they usually threaded onto the copper or what?
