You can get a blue tooth reciever and mouse combo that will work with a USB connection. These are easy to find at most big box stores or online.

If your Dell supports Bluetooth (RTFM), buy any brand name Bluetooth mouse.

If your Dell doesn't support Bluetooth, buy a Bluetooth mouse with a USB Receiver.

yes but I wouldnt bother, they are really annoying, always jumping about. We switched back to the old style a while ago
