I just bought some goldfishes but the instructions don't say anything and the people at walmart didn't either. It's my first time having fishes and well I was wondering about the filter, do I turn it off during the night or must it stay on all day or always...??? Help Me!!!

I recently cam to visit my mom for a month and she is the type to cook 2-3 complete meals a day and she is a strong believer that everyone eats at the same time together. I was doing good with a meal here and there and drinking nothing but water, but its hard to do it while i'm here. The other problem is I'm babysitting my 7 year old sister and 5 month old brother. My sister eat 3 meals and 2-3 snacks so i end up cooking for her and stuff. I get tempting and want to eat and I do. I want to go to work out maybe even run around with my sister, but the 5 month old interferes with that. I even will go to the gym, my car is at home. The best thing i can do is walk. I always end up gaining weight when i stay with my mom, especailly at the fact i love her cooking.

Do you have any suggesting? I know it may seem like i'm not trying, but i am.

My sister is bi-polor, pothead, refuses to take medication, occasional drinker, 14
My dad is in depression, work-aholic,
Mom cuts her self, problems with dad
Me, I smoke drink everyday, dont have no "rules" stress my parents out, and take the car w.o. permission.

I been telling my family we need counsling, but what kind of counsleing? Nobody else seems to think we need it, and sadly nobody is willing to go! What can I do?

I'm not here to b*tch around over what show is better, I'm just explaining why TNA has better wrestling.

You see, unlike WWE, TNA never holds back their superstars and that's why you see more wrestling in TNA.

In WWE however, they hold back most of their great superstars like Benoit and Shelton Benjamin. Then, you got some guy like cena, who has 4 moves and makes wrestling look so fake but is like the Superman of WWE.
