I thought he was hot back in the day when he starred in "my so called life" with claire danes.. though now he kinda freaks me out with all the overdone eye makeup

He used to be hot when he was on "My So Called Life." But now he looks...confused and wears eyeliner and makeup. I think he's not so hot anymore.
