I've been trying to keep exercising and eating right, but its soo hard to stay motivated! and my family kinda eats bad so its hard to not eat junk. Its also hard for me to get up to exercise! any tips on how to get motivated, just saying no to bad food, and any good tips for exercising? [[i dont like to dance and i dont have anywhere to run. im basically stuck to around the house]]

I was supposed to have my period on May 19th but it never came. I have been having severe heartburn and sore breasts and awfully tired. Lately I have been having alot of vaginal discharge and the past 3 days it has been tinged with some blood. Anyone have any ideas of what could be going on?

Hi, I would like to make a personal web page basically for my family and friends to visit where we can talk and share our favorite links. Does this cost money? Can I do this myself? What equipment would I need? I don't know any of the steps to take in doing this. I also have no idea where to go to make a web page. Does Yahoo let us make a web page and do we have to pay for it? I would appreciate it if someone could help me out here and "maybe" walk me through the process. I would put my e-mail on here, but I am not sure that is such a good idea. How soon does anyone think the gas prices will come down. and i mean down to a resonable price that people can afford to live comfortably again. this is taking a tole on alot of people and it is down right killing us financially. so many people i know cnat hardly afford to take there kids on outings on the weekends cause they have to save the gas they have for the week days for work. this is so sad.

Bought a new car in Nevada. I live in California. Was told by dealer that the new law which allows for the sales tax to be calculated based on taxable sales price minus the trade in allowance multiplied by 7.75%would apply to California due to a reciprocal agreement. In my situation taxable sales price was 29,500 with trade in being 20,290. That would put my sales tax at 718.00 based on the new taxable amount of a little more than 9,000. California is saying that I must pay tax based on total taxable sales price. No trade in allowance. This is after the dealer in Nevada said that the new law would apply in Cali due to reciprocity. Cannot register auto until this is resolved. Refuse to pay over 1,600 more in sales tax when Nevada stated that I should just be liable for the difference between the two tax rates-8.25(CA) and 7.75(NV). Apprx 46.00 owed in difference.

Is this normal?? I really think she is strange for allowing this 7 year old child to basically "chew" on this pacifier when she stays over, especially for weeks at a time. My hubby's brother just shrug's his shouders and allows this to go on because he doesn't want to upset mum. Mum gets upset at the slightest fits and gets worried. This kid is also a very spoiled and cheeky kid as well and gets whatever she wants. Is this normal? Any ideas??

Well, what's there to tell? When you're abusing any animal, you're abusing innocent lives. Way too often we see dead animals on the side of roads and hungry and neglected animals wandering scared outside by traffic. I want you to picture this:
You're daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, or any member family's life being thrown away from not being fed or... or abused by parents, you're seeing a tragedy. A real sorry picture. It's the same with animals. God put animals on our earth to keep us company. He expected us to care for his Creation. So far, I believed some of us failed whether it's about the animals or even littering.
*We see so much garbage in the oceans and waters. You're abusing when you do that. You're abusing sea creature's habitat by polluting. How hard is it to just walk a LITTLE bit farther to throw away our trash and SAVE lives? It's simple. I think the problem is we're just too darn lazy.
