Is it bad to drink 2 liters of soda?

i do not have an anti virus program. suggest a free antivirus anti spy program?

Layered Hair, normal texture, shoulder length...?

I have layer and my hair is shoulder length. I don't want just the normal straighten it, or let it be. I don't want the pull up into a pony tail or messy bun. Any other way i can pull it up or leave it down? I need something new plz!! summer is here, something up would be nice. party like crazy, something down for that would be nice. Any ideas lemme know cuz i need them all.

what do you think is the best form of self defense??

it cam be any type of martial art and i am also including boxing/kick boxing and even street fighting. also muy thai.

How do I figure out sin x and cos x given x?

I have to use the table given in the book in order to know.
For example,
x = 2pi/3, so sin x = .87 and cos x = -.50
How do you figure out sin x and cos x from just x = 2pi/3
I tried using my calculator but the answer is different.
