I have asked Allah to reassure me that the "issue" that I am trying to recall was "positive".....as I keep thinking that it possibly wasn't..... (I either had an intention of doing wrong in the past or I didn't REALLY have the intention ) So, the thing is that I did not actually do the "wrong thing" but I want to remember if I either had the ' bad intention" in mind in the first place OR did I really not have a bad intention afterall.

Everytime I prayed & asked Allah, I felt mostly relief. Sometimes the bad thoughts of what might of actually have been the case (negative - bad intention) pops into my head....but yet the couple of times when I asked Allah
for reassurance I became very calm.

I also have an anxiety disorder.....could this be why I have doubt sometimes even asking for Allah to help me remember?

Do you think the feelings of relief are my answer from Allah....that I didn't have the bad intention after all?

Could Istikara be the answer for this type of thing?

I don't have anything but a 1 gallon fish bowl my ex-Betta (RIP) used to live in. I do however have an extra submersible heater that I am using with it. I believe she has ick, so I put some aquarium salt in the bowl and used an 1/8 of a tablet of LifeGuard All-In-One treatment as well. Is this okay? I am terrified to leave her in the quarantine tank for fear it will kill her, but I'm also terrified of leaving her in the main tank and having her die. Any ideas or suggestions?

I am a teenager and I want to have one EPIC SUMMER! However, unlike most of my peers, I don't want to sit around and watch TV all day. I want to do stuff that is memerable. Unfortunatly, I am not old enought to get a job, so that is not an option please help.

NOTE: Before reading this I just want you to know that i'm not trying to start an arugement, but I am looking for a real answer. Not one filled with opinion and hatred.

Many people who believe in evolution think that we most likely evolved from an organism that lived in the water. Water is such a stable environment with a constant food source. Why would something want to evolve and come onto land. .especailly since the temp. changes a lot and getting food becomes even harder? It doesn't make logical sense to me. .If an organism is suppose to evlove to help it reporoduce or live or whatever . .why would it change its environment in the first place. .Why not adapt to it?

If you watch and listen closely to how some male atheist such as Charles Dawkins speaks and act, they look and sound very feminine to the point that they might be homosexual. Female atheists such as Madalyn Murray O'Hair speaks and acts very masculine.

I know that Richard Dawkins and Madalyn Murray O'Hair both have children of their own, but is it possibility that these famous atheist turned to atheism because God told them that homosexuality is a sin?

Please help me explain this because I am a homosexual and I feel rejected by God myself and atheism does not discriminate.

It's a fact that Romans murdered gruesomely Christians and it was thought to be entertainment by heathens.
also in communist countries millions have been burnt shot etc. for faith in Jesus.
to this day there is country's that kill and persecute Christan's.

I misunderstand so many questions because I misread what the asker meant. E.g. sometimes 8y4 means 32y and other times the asker means 8y^4. Is there a way we can standardize the notation for this part of the site. Is it even desirable?

Because questions seem to hide after 2 or 3 answers, while the question is active, I'm going to put its address into the references part of questions I answer (and only questions I answer). If you are interested in this perhaps you could too

Suggest
+ means addition
- means subtraction
concatination (e.g ab) or * for multipication
^ means raise to a power
() and [ ] to set off terms for clarity
sqr or ^(1/2) for square root
log for log base 10, loga for log base a , ln for natural log.

Any ideas or additions?

I intend to submit the resolved question to the suggestions forum only if the general feeling is that it will help.

So I have a Westell Wireless router. I usually have a desktop connected right to the router with a laptop getting the wireless connection. But i'm pretty sure people are stealing my connection because my internet has been really slow. Is there a way to lock my connection so that only the desktop and the laptop can connect to my router?

ps:i set up a WEP from my laptop earlier but that also cut off my laptop. and i'm using a Dell laptop right now because my xbox360 is currently connected right to the router and not my laptop.

I am a stay at home mom, and I help my children if they need help with their homework, but I do not do it for them. I read them stories before they go to bed, and the ones who read, I have them read me a story. What more is expected of me on an educational level to help my kids?

I've never been the type to sit still and stay off my feet but i've been put on bed rest for 2 months. Any suggestions on waht I can do well on bedrest? I'm still so tempted to not stay off my feet and just keep being active, should I listen to the doc and stay off my feet or not?
