I'm trying to lose weight for my wedding next year (August). I've been dieting and exercising slowly. I don't want to lose it all too fast and then gain it all back again as soon as I lose it. I'm not doing any strenus exercising, just general.. parking farther from the store, instead of taking an elevator, taking the stairs, etc. At work, I'm always doing something, so it's not hard there. Also, when I'm just sitting on the computer, as I am now, I contracting and letting loose my stomach muscles for a few minutes every time I sit down, just to keep them toned. My question is, am I on the right track? And if so, if anyone has does this before, how much weight should I lose in approx. a year?
Any tips are very appreciated!
