Some things do not yield properly to cleaning and must be
replaced. If you can notice the dirt, it might be better to just replace it. Those eyes are extremely valuable.

You should clean it EVERY day. Wash it well with a mild soap and water and rinse it thoroughly and let it air dry. They should have told you this when got your contacts. You need to do this daily. You should also use a new case over couple of months and throw the old one out. If you optical person did this poor of job with teaching you to care for your contacts I would consider not going back to them. This very very basic contact lens care.

ok empty all the things in it and wash it delicitly then make sure that the stuff u cleaned with is not poisnous for ur eyes
