My house has been on the market for 13 months. With no offers so far, I have dropped the price more than $150K so far. Now I'm considering dropping it another $50K. What's the deal? It's a beautiful view home. I am sweating about this because I've had to relocate for work and am now paying a rent AND a mortgage payment. How can I unload this house quickly without losing my shirt?

well, i'm italian and i'm milan's supporter since 21st july 1991 (my birthdate)...i don't wanna say anything about the yesterday final..it wasnt a good match, though i think milan deserved more than liverpool...
what i'm asking is, what do you think about paolo maldini abroad? does he deserve the "golden ball"(dunno if you call it this way...in italian it's "pallone d'oro")? at least as price for his career...he's such a great player and most of all a leader..i think without him milan wouldn't be the same...
what d'you all think about?

Seriousley though awesome show can't get enough. I wonder if everyone came back from the island or some stayed, I can't see Locke going back and Jack definitly didn't want to either or Ben for that matter. What witht he one eyed guy who won't die? . If you have an interesting theory i'd love to read it. R.I.P Charlie - quality role there.

My Mother was the librarian at an Elementary School for 30 years. She was the librarian there for several years and then the school built a new library and she moved into it and was there until she retired about 3-4 years ago. Everyone loved her (and they still do). They even gave her Educator of the Year before she retired. Two of her granchildren are currently in the same school and she has two more that will be attending it in a few years. She has cancer. I would love for the library to be named after her before she passes away. What a wonderful honor and tribute to such a wonderful person. How should I go about doing this? I know the City School Superintendant and he knows and worked with my mother for years. Do I just ask him or what? Can't hurt to try, can it?

I lost my husband two years ago and our daughter lives 1700 miles away. I have no family close by and get so very lonely. The depression caused by my circumstances is sometimes unbearable. My close friend have full time jobs or they are busy with their own families most of the time. Financial harships play a role in this as well. I want to find a way out of the funk all of the circumstances have caused but seem to not find an easy way to do it.

What about the evidence of design in all of creation? It is obvious that anything that is designed has to have an intelligent creator. For example, a computer never came about by mere accident, but had to have been thought out and planned by an intelligent designer. It is the same with creation, and more so, as the natural world is far more complicated than anything humanity can create.

Watching the Heaven & Earth show last Sunday there was a fairly young British lady and her husband on. She has terminal cancer. In the earlier stages of her illness she ran charity marithons. She has received threatening phone calls and letters from people accusing her that she is not ill. The police have even traced one of the ladies who made the call and had her into the police station. I have experienced a milder case of this. Not Cancer in my case and not threatening phone calls and letters, but people who I don't know whol same as the lady seem to insist that I was never ill. Where are they coming from, why this behaviour strange behaviour?

I got Diarrhoea at 11pm last night, and I want to know whether it was the pistachios that I ate at 6pm, or the warm egg salad sandwich that I had at 3pm. Or indeed the curry I had had the previous evening.
Roughly how long will dodgy food take to go through the system? This will help me work out what was the cause, and help prevent a repeat.
