How can you deny Divine Prophecy? The book of Isaiah was written 740-680 B.C. and it mentions the conquering of Cyrus (Isaiah 45:1). And Cyrus wasn't even born until around 590 or 576 B.C.

Jesus fulfilled around 60 major Messianic prophecies (not including the 270 ramifactions). Fulfilling just eight of them is 1 in 10 to the 17 power, or 1 in 100,000,000,000,000,000, Just 48 prophecies is 10 to the power of 157. And Jesus couldn't have set it up to fulfill these prophecies. Jesus, (if He was just a man) couldn't have had control over when He was born, (Daniel 9:25) where He was born, (Micah 5:2) and thats just two He didn't have power over. Historical documents show that there was a person by the name of Jesus born around that time period in the town of Bethlehem! You can't deny that He was born in the time necessary and the place that was necessary. Jesus is the Messiah!

So my fiance and I are have been together for 2 years and we have set a wedding date 2008. I love his family for the most part, His dad and mom are wonderful to me. But his brother who has been dating the "devil" since high school just got engaged, and they plan on getting married before us! She is seriously the devil, she controls my fiance's brother and won't let him talk 2 me when she is around, She also ruined a family vacation last year by indirectly cussing me out through a bathroom door 4 no reason, ignores me when I am in the same room, wouldn't congradulate my finace and I on our engagement and treats the family like SH*T! but the family tries to just forget things when they need to just put her in her place!I really cant stand her & we all wish he wouldn't marry her.She has been such a horrible person to me.I know she is just super jealous and envious, but that doesn't make it alright for her to treat me like this. Fiance and I want to put her in her place w/o the fam knowing

I am not a loner, by any means, but I do prefer to talk/associate/communicate with people on a one to one basis, because I find that a large majority of people like to show their as#$es when in a group setting - - -WHY?

Having fun is one thing, but ganging up on a person, I don't care who it is, is just ignorant

is this not a place to learn, how can we learn through nasty nuance and attack answers. is it really one side over the other.
i have to say this is one area where i may tend to have issue with evolution, we are devolving in our ability to maintain discourse, and are acting more like judgmental vindictive little gods.
i do not understand why questions about religion are broken down into spelling lessons or grammar lessons. is that just a way of trying to gain power over the opposing viewpoint? to attack their typing or their knowledge base?

Hi there! I am 23 weeks along and carrying VERY low. This is my 4th child (and last). Anyway, the baby moves and kicks constantly, but the only place she kicks is like 2 inches down from my belly button. That seems awfully low to me...My next ultrasound isn't until late July, so I thought I would get your opinions. Oh, maybe I should mention that I have a low lying placenta too.....could that have something to do with it

I just had an unsuccessful suicide attempt, I had a feeling that it might not work while I was slitting my wrist. I had my stay at the ward came home watched TV but I just cant feel any better.

I miss this girl I just don't want to stop thinking about. I miss her son whom I adore as my own child. They are the world to me.

I know what to do. Go to therapy, take pills, go out, and everything that the psychiatrist said. But I don't want to move on.

How can you stop missing someone whom you love as your own child. I pray to God that no one will ever have to go through the pain of missing their child.

On most bodybuilding websites and magazines, they always disclose e-mail addresses for the bodybuilders. Such as Chris Cook's and Ahmad Haider's etc. These are not their real e-mail addresses are they??? Do they actually read and reply to the e-mails that people send them??? I wanted some advice but I don't wanna bother sending an e-mail if they're not even going to be the ones to read it.

I've always assumed it was pretty much determined by the Vatican or something, but as far as I can tell most Christians use the KJV. (Unscientific survey some time back.) Are the other gospels less inspired by God? Who determines which books are or aren't God's word?

Yes, I know it's a dumb question, but...some people in Toronto would be irritated if Doug Gilmour is bypassed by Forsberg (after all, if you're a Maple Leafs fan, Gilmour is the greatest thing since sliced bread). If the rumors are true and Forsberg decides to hang up the skates, would he measure up to the greats in the Hall? I say yes. The numbers don't lie: 640 regular season games, 235 goals, 581 assists, 816 points, well over a point a game. In the postseason, Foppa was golden: 139 gms, 61 g, 101 a, 162 pts. Plus I alsomost left out a few little details: a Clader Trophy (1995), a Ross (2003), a Hart (2003), two Stanley Cup rings (1996 and 2001), and two Olympic Gold medals (1994 and 2006). Not only that, he is a two-time Triple Gold (Olympic medal, World Championship medal, Stanley Cup) member (only two other NHLers can say that). The long-term body of work may not compare with Gretzky and Lemieux, but Forsberg was just as great!

I took a drive to my mom's house (400+ miles) using 10% ethanol there and regular gas on the way back and there was about a 10% difference in mileage (29 vs 32).

It takes more 10% ethanol to go the same distance. So am I putting out more emissions per mile?

here's the story; I was on the phone with a friend (girl), after a while she started talking about how 'god' created me an all, then I said "could you prove it?", she actually got mad at me for that..and because of this she thinks I'm a bad person and she doesn't want to go out with me.. Should I respect what she believes in or should I speak my mind.......??? I like her, but there's a part of my that says she's crazy!
