On most bodybuilding websites and magazines, they always disclose e-mail addresses for the bodybuilders. Such as Chris Cook's and Ahmad Haider's etc. These are not their real e-mail addresses are they??? Do they actually read and reply to the e-mails that people send them??? I wanted some advice but I don't wanna bother sending an e-mail if they're not even going to be the ones to read it.
