It's my first job ever and I'm 16. The McDonald's is in a mall. I try my best to be fast but it takes me time to get everything accurately and there's always a big lineup in my line. My manager said they're not trying to compare me with another girl who is new like me but he did. He kept comparing me. She's like perfect, she does make mistakes but not as much as me. During our training, she kept asking soooo much questions that I never even got a chance to ask my questions. As soon as I wanted to speak up, she kept intrupting with her questions. I know I give that as an excuse to my manager. I dont want to loose this job because it's my first job ever and so I wont be able to get a reference for my other job cuz they'll say bad stuff about me. What do you think I can do to speed up but yet be accurate and keep my cool under stress? I dont really care if I loose this job, but that doesn't mean i will stop trying and not improve, I just feel I'm not ready for this kind of thing...

Anyone else like the egg in a bsaket or as I grew up calling it a Wimpy? It is a peice of bread you tear out a hole in center and break an egg into it and fry it in butter. So yummy for breakfast. You have your egg and toast all in one.

Clarkson has been slated by a tv Watchdog for referring to a poncey little car as "a bit ginger-beer" i.e queer. A massive 5 (yes, FIVE) people complained about this remark. Personally I think too much has been done already to make everyone tread carefully and watch what they say - enough is enough and I think the nation has gone overboard with it's overprotection of individual groups & minorities. Any normal person can tell the difference between a poisonous comment and an off the cuff light hearted jest. Im sure Clarkson had no intention of offending anyone, and Im also sure the majority of TopGear's gay audience had no problem with it. No wonder Britain as a nation has become such a weakened farce of a country; people are afraid to speak their minds, and as a result are losing their identities and ability to think for themselves. Get a grip, lay off the politically correctness and let us all have the right to so called free-speech.

ok this offseason has been great for the Patriots they haven't lost alot of players the picked up there one need on offense WR and they were only a field goal away from the Superbowl game last season.

Colts have lost there best player in defense in Cato june and they lost some other big players on defense.

I have tried "full coverage" size D from Victoria's secret and my breasts still seem to spill over the top. I recently got an Olga full figure bra. I really like it, but I can't wear it with tank tops or low cut tops, because the straps and top of bra show. Does anyone have this problem? I need a bra that comes in a large size, good support, but not show with a tank top.

i am mentally ill myself and find that i have enough troubles just taking care of myself.is it wrong to avoid all the dysfunctional types that have drifted into my life, in an effort of self preservation? i do solemnly believe that anyone who cannot keep themselves safe for ANY reason should be protected and cared for...but i see it as more of a societal obligation than a personal one ie;caring proffesionals and appropriate services.
