i want to have a really fast legs in kicking the padding.....my flexibility has worsen ever since after my muscle strain injury...my speed has drop...now my coach says i'm slow...i used to be e bez athlete...i'm only 15 nw...my agility drop too....i already practice...but it is not effective...plz help me....i want to do a fast front kick in a snap way....any1???plz...i'm grateful to any1 who have a heart to help me...plz...

A few decades ago it was the onset of the next ice age.
Then we needed to save the whales.
Then the rainforests were at the forefront.
Now, it is global warming.

I understand that everyone has a cause that they feel passionate about. Whether it is AIDS research, famine, or your local PTA, whatever it may be. The doomsdayers have had their causes over the years too that must be addressed NOW in order to save all living creatures. The truth is, there are much more immediate and potentially devistating events, like a stray meteor taking out all living things on earth, that receive little to no attention from the doomsdayers--and are grossly underfunded to boot.

I want to be with my friends and family and have some drinks on Saturday the 19th...........have some fun before this surgery.
